The “Vittorio Calamani” Philharmonic Orchestra of the Association of la Piana del Cavaliere indexes an audition for possible collaborations for the concert activity 2019-2020 and 2020/2021, for the following roles:

Art. 4
To take part in the selections, candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee of € 20.00 to the IBAN bank account IT05V0538740510000002985102 in the name of “Associazione Festival della Piana del Cavaliere” with reason for the entry fee for the Orchestra Filarmonica V. Calamani Orchestra.
All those who are regularly enrolled in the Academy of the Plain of the Knight Festival for the academic year 2018/2019 are EXEMPT from the payment of the registration fee.

Art. 5
All audition videos must contain the performance of the compulsory piece and three except chosen by the candidate among those present in the list indicated in Article 6 of this announcement.

To best simulate a live audition, the program presented must be recorded in a single shot. It is therefore not possible to edit the movie in any way, under penalty of exclusion from the selection. Any accompanying piano is not to be considered mandatory.

Art. 7
Candidates will be evaluated by a jury composed of members of high artistic and musical value, nominated by the Festival della Piana del Cavaliere Association.
The commission’s decision is final and unquestionable.
Art. 8
At the end of the selections, a list will be drawn up with biennial validity of suitable candidates who will be able to join the staff of the Orchestra Filarmonica V. Calamani or which can be called for single productions.
The result of the selections will be communicated only to suitable candidates by individual communication via email within 4 weeks after the expiry of this announcement. The organization reserves the right to postpone this deadline.
Art. 9
For the productions of the 2019-2020 season the Philharmonic Orchestra Vittorio Calamani undertakes to comply, by law, with the remuneration provided for by current regulations.
INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
According to the art. 13, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 30.6.2003 n. 196 and subsequent amendments and additions, the personal data provided by the candidates, will be collected at the Festival della Piana del Cavaliere Association and will be used not only for participation in the competition, but also for the possible establishment of a collaboration relationship and for the purposes related to the management of the relationship.
Personal data may undergo operations concerning the following activities: collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, cancellation and destruction, or the combination of one or more of these treatments.
All these operations will be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the law and exclusively for the purposes referred to in the first paragraph above.
The processing of the data in question may also be carried out using electronic or in any case automated means for storing, managing and linking the data together. The personal data in question will be kept and controlled so as to minimize the risk of loss, destruction, unauthorized access or unauthorized or non-compliant processing for the purposes of adopting appropriate preventive security measures. The provision of data is mandatory for the purpose of assessing the requirements for participation, otherwise the candidate will be excluded from the competition.
The data may be communicated to the staff of the Association interested in the competition procedures and to the members, internal and external, who are members of the examination committees. Each candidate will be able to assert his / her rights as expressed in articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003 n. 196, by contacting the data controller.
The names of only suitable candidates will be announced by individual communication to each suitable candidate.
